Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 5-10 business days for shipping.

Cinnamon Moniqúe offers standard shipping to customers across the United States. For consumers located outside of the US, additional shipping charges do apply. International shipping will be calculated at checkout after the purchaser enters their address.

UPDATE: Due to covid 19 delivery times are estimates only. There may be substantial delays depending on location.

You will get an email when your order has been completed to the email you provide at checkout, so you know when it’s on the way to you.


Returns are accepted if the artist is contacted within 4 days after the customer receives their item(s) and the item(s) is defective or faulty. I offer refunds only if your product is defective or has a major fault in it, which can not be reasonably fixed. Returns/refunds are not accepted for change of mind, wrong size or material ordered. Please read the size charts and descriptions carefully before placing your order. 

Please provide a statement of the defected item(s) and supporting photographs to help our team understand the issue. The item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. 

Please note that every single leather piece is handmade and painted. There will be small differences in pattern placement, stitching and thread color, and slight variations, as each item is individual and not mass produced. Many PC and cell phone screens display colors differently, please take this into consideration when ordering.

Item cancellations are only accepted if you use the CONTACT form within 30 minutes of making your purchase. Exchanges are not accepted at this time.
